Court Denies Employer's Motion to Bar Expert Testimony Offered by the Employee of Financial Losses

Gregory S. Schaer, a Monmouth County based New Jersey Employment Attorney located in Manalapan, represented the employee in a lawsuit against their employer alleging claims of gender discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation.

In Blakey v. Continental Airlines, Inc. , 1997 U.S. Dist. Dr. Wolf has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Labor Economics, extensive professional experience and has published extensively in the area of vocational economic losses.

The court denied Continental’s motion to prevent the employee from being able to utilize Dr. Wolf as an expert in support of her economic damages claim at trial.
